Performance Marketing Awards

Our Managing Director, Rebecca Kinahan, during her career was the Senior Event Manager for an online publication for Performance Marketing and she was responsible for the company’s global event series including the annual award ceremony of 1000 attendees at Grosvenor House Hotel and the annual European and Global conferences.

Event Brief: To plan and seamlessly deliver an exclusive ticketed event to showcase the industry's most innovative and groundbreaking campaigns, companies and individuals throughout an evening of celebration.

Event Management of the Awards

Event Concept: A red carpet event hosted at a 5* venue on London's infamous Park Lane. Guests are welcomed with a Champagne drinks reception. Dinner to cater for 1000+ guests followed by an evening hosted by a celebrity guest to celebrate the winners.

Event Management: The event was held annually in The Great Room, the prestigious ballroom of the Grosvenor House Hotel with the capacity to accommodate over 1000 guests for a banquet.

Planning the Awards was a year-long process from strategy through to completion and including:

  • Researching and development planning

  • Creating the event theme and implementing it throughout, ensuring brand awareness, creative marketing campaigns and that the guest experience was different and exciting year on year.

  • Part and parcel of the role was creating strategies, briefs, analysing feasibility, programming, creating scripts, implementing project teams, managing roles and responsibilities.

  • Communication is key for the management of all key stakeholders including sponsors, exhibitors and speakers and engaging with the wider stakeholders.

  • Onsite management, coordinating the set up and various contractors and suppliers, production and entertainment setup and rehearsals, onsite briefings and checking the finer details before guests arrived for the Champagne reception.

  • Establish opportunities for commercial return, maximise sponsorship and attendee revenue, quality verses cost research and analysis, and cost negotiation.
