We will always communicate with you under Ciriaco and alias names, not The Cotswold Proposal Planners! Our proposals are designed to be stumbled upon when your loved one is least expecting it, a breathtaking scene - it's always the best kind of surprise! We take all the stress away from you, we will plan every little detail - we do it every day and we love what we do! We'll share the final details with you and while we are busy setting up the perfect setting at the agreed location, all you will have to do is conjure up a plan to bring your loved one (and the ring!) and get down on one knee to propose. Initial Consultation
We will arrange a call at a time that best suits you to learn more about you as a couple, discuss potential dates, locations, package options and any other ideas you have about how you would like to propose and the areas you most need help. Once you are happy with what we are offering, we ask for a deposit (which will be deducted from the final fee) and then we get finalising the plans and securing all bookings for your proposal!

Package options and add-ons
Our packages list all the beautiful décor options available to you for inspiration and help creating the perfect proposal. We discuss a range of optional extras such as Champagne, flowers, photographers, hampers, personalised experiences, dining, accommodation, videographers and much much more. We love working on more bespoke ideas too, like personalised treasure hunts, flash mobs, a song written all about you - these will be certain to blow your partner away and create a moment the two of you will never forget.

On the Day
You and your partner enjoy exploring the Cotswolds while we are busy setting up your proposal and managing everyone involved. We will keep you informed with progress updates and a final message to say we are ready to go. Then, you arrive, guide your stunned partner to the beautiful setting and drop to one knee for the perfect proposal. We make ourselves scarce while you enjoy the moment and when you head off to continue the celebrations, we tidy down.

I have some ideas, I just don't know where to start. Can you help?"Of course! We love it when you already have some ideas because it means we can create something that is really personal to you and your partner. We completely understand that planning something so special can be really daunting and that's why we are here. Select the bespoke proposal option and we will discuss all your ideas during the initial consultation.

Where can I find inspiration?"We work with a lot of difference venues and suppliers around the Cotswolds to cater for different proposal styles. Browse our Instagram, videos and lovely couples stories. We like to get an idea of elements you like during the initial consultation so we can follow with personalised recommendations.

I'm on a budget, can you still plan something?"Our proposals start from £600 and that includes a basic proposal package styling set-up. Larger setups have a surcharge and there are optional add-ons if you wanted to capture the moment with a photographer, or include catering or accommodation but they are all completely up to you. We can offer a balloons and bouquet package starting from £290

Can you organise a photographer to capture the moment?Absolutely! We work with a handful of amazing photographers and, whilst remaining inconspicuous, they will capture your special moment. Plus, if you wanted, they can do a newly engaged photoshoot with you. They will send a handful of photos to you the next day so that you can make an announcement to family and friends, and the rest of the photos will follow.

What else can you organise?We work with carefully hand-picked suppliers to create the perfect experience for you and our loved one. Some of which include photographers, florists, live musician, private chefs, exclusive venues, private tours, luxury accommodation... the list goes on. But if you have something specific in mind just let us know.

I want to propose next weekend, can you do something?"If you have a venue/space already organised a quick turnaround is usually doable, depending on our team availability, but the answer is yes! Get in touch with us as soon as you can.

Is there anything else I need to know?Once you have receved a quote from us and you decide you would like to go ahead, a completed booking form and holding deposit is required in order to secure your proposal date with us. Hire items and marriage proposal styling are subject to Ciriaco Terms and Conditions.
